Steel & Tube are excited to partner with ESG World to complement our Annual Report disclosures by further integrating and consolidating our ESG related policies, metrics, and broader initiative track record. This will help our customers, stakeholders and other interested parties better access the comprehensive nature of our approach to ESG.
We have partnered with ESG World to generate a real-time factored approach toward our business practices across all Environmental, Social and Governance focus areas and we intend to update this information on a regular periodic basis. Our long-term aim is to operate our business in a way that is financially rewarding for our shareholders and positive for our people, our customers, and our planet. Adopting ESG World will enable our stakeholders and other users to easily and objectively review our sustainability performance across various metrics and recognisable global frameworks.
Users of ESG World can filter categories that are relevant to their interest such as Diversity, Board Composition, or Employee Engagement, or by major ESG frameworks including the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDG), and a range of rating agency and major investor templates. The digital system also enables Factsheet and Document based information to be exported to other applications to assist further user analysis and the capture of our full suite of disclosed ESG related information.
