Steel & Tube’s Chain and Rigging team have been busy delivering for our customers throughout this challenging period. We are pleased to have assembled 98 individual pewag Winner INOX Grade 6 Stainless lifting chains for a South Island-based customer operating in the water infrastructure sector. As traceability is essential for effective health and safety management, the Steel & Tube team have uniquely tagged and recorded each chain in the customer’s online register. With 24/7 access available to the customer, this ensures a safe operating environment for their people.

Speaking of the project, Peter White, Steel & Tube’s National Sales Manager for Chain & Rigging, says: “This was a great example of the team rolling up their sleeves and working together to get the job done. It’s a great feeling to know that we’re supporting New Zealand’s key infrastructure network and I’m really proud of the work our team does for our customers on a daily basis right across the country”.

As New Zealand’s only authorised distributor of European manufactured Pewag lifting products, we are pleased to bring a quality, strong and durable product to market which our customers can depend on to perform.
