The 2015 National Fieldays® at Hamilton’s Mystery Creek® was another successful event for Steel & Tube.
The big week out for the agricultural sector keeps getting bigger. For the first time Fieldays® topped a thousand exhibitors, and with the weather kinder than last year, a total of 126,063 people visited over the four days.
Significant changes to the Mystery Creek® venue, meant we had a new site at A65. This was closer to the relocated, and always crowd pleasing, Tractor Pull and Fencing Competitions, which we are proud to sponsor.
Visitors got an opportunity to view displays of our extensive range of products including Hurricane rural products, roofing, steel, stainless steel, chain and rigging, and to talk to our team of experts. Steel & Tube Case Study Videos
The ever popular ‘Guess Dwayne Pipe’s Weight’ competition attracted 147 entries and was won by 10 year Morrinsville boy: Kade Robinson, who guessed Dwayne’s weight as 190kg – actual weight 190.3kg. Kade (and his family) receive $200 worth Warehouse vouchers and $300 of Steel & Tube products from their local branch.
It was great to see so many Steel & Tube customers exhibiting and such a wide variety of our steel products in use.
