Steel & Tube anticipates another great year’s partnership with the Crusaders

Steel & Tube enters its second year of its three year partnership deal with the Crusaders, on the back of a successful and rewarding 2013 season that saw the Crusaders play in their 15th semi-final in the last   16 years in the Super Rugby competition.

It was also a year that saw many of Steel & Tube customers and staff enjoying games, hospitality and the highlight of the season; the Crusaders Kids Skills Session, with players sharing training tips and drills to help local kids improve their own game.

Steel & Tube remains fully committed to the Canterbury region and the sponsor partnership is proving to be an opportunity to support the local community and give something back to the people of Canterbury.

The Crusaders’ winning formula of teamwork and strength in the face of adversity embodies the attitude in Canterbury and reflects Steel & Tube’s own One Company culture and dedication to building a stronger city.
If the Crusaders 2014 pre-season winning game against the Highlanders in front of a 5,500 crowd is a taste of things to come, it looks to be another exciting season and one Steel & Tube particularly looks forward to, as it celebrates its own remarkable achievement of being Sixty Years Strong.
