Steel & Tube Holdings Limited today announced that CEO Dave Taylor is stepping down from his role on 22 September 2017. Mr Taylor has been at the helm of Steel & Tube since October 2009.

Chair Susan Paterson said the Board thanked Mr Taylor for his lengthy and significant contribution to the Company, and wished him well for the future.

The Board has begun the process of appointing a new CEO. Interim arrangements are currently being finalised and will be announced shortly.

Mr Taylor said he was extremely proud of the Steel & Tube team and it had been a privilege to work with so many great people to transform Steel & Tube. “Now is the right time to step down to enable me to focus on other interests.”
