Steel & Tube helps grow the skills of our players of the future, at the 2015 Crusaders Kids' Skill Session

On a sunny March 9th evening, the grass pitch outside Christchurch’s Addington ‘Spectors’ venue was alive with young Crusaders in Training - lucky children of Steel & Tube’s customers and staff enjoyed some early session skills training at the 2015 Crusaders Kid’s Skill Session.

Six of the men of steel - selected Crusaders players: Israel Dagg, Johnny McNicholl, Matt Todd, Scott Barrett, Tom Taylor, Tom Sanders and trainer Chris – ran the kids through a series of drills.

The question and answer session was a fun way to find out more about the players and their experiences. Face painting, goodie bags, food and drinks were also popular.
