All Steel & Tube sites outside Auckland and Northland are now open and operating strictly in line with Government Alert Level 2 Guidelines. This means deliveries from these sites are now available as well as contactless pickups only. All Tradeshops are now open with strict 2 metre distancing, masks must be worn and customers must scan in on the government tracer app, however we encourage you to use our online Steel & Tube and Fortress Webshops.

Auckland and Northland remain at Alert Level 4, therefore remain closed and strictly for essential service orders only.

In Alert Level 2 regions due to a backlog of orders and constraints on supply from outside this Alert Level there may be delays on supply. We thank you for your patience and understanding whilst we work through the process.

Should you have any questions please contact your usual Steel & Tube representative or our Customer Excellence teams.

Did you know that you can check prices and stock availability, request a quote, order online, download invoices and much more via our Webshops? Click here to register online or call 0800 196 757 to find out more.
