Staff at Steel & Tube recently celebrated the first graduation from the Workplace literacy Programme with Edvance. (www.edvance.co.nz)

Twelve staff have been on this journey for seven months, and have grown in confidence not only in the workplace, but also their families and communities.

At the ceremony we were privileged to hear personal reflections  which had key themes around leadership, cultural diversity, communication and  opportunity.

Mark Malpass CEO,  Anna Morris GM People & Culture and Operation Managers also acknowledged the graduates commitment and courage to be open to continuous learning.

Mark Malpass was also pleased to announce we have a group in Hamilton REO who have also started their journey.

Steel & Tube look forward to supporting staff in continuous learning, and having high aspirations  for future growth.
