Several of our key suppliers have recently announced price increases. Together with other cost pressures, including a new low sulphur charge on international shipping (IMO 2020), freight, general inflation and volatility in exchange rates means we will need to now pass on these costs.

Therefore, we will be implementing a price increase of approximately 2-5% across a number of our key lines effective 23 March 2020 (deliveries and orders). The exact change will vary on specific products to ensure you continue to be supplied at competitive prices. Increases affect the following products;

  • Hollows
  • Plate
  • Coil and Sheet
  • Structural Steel
  • Merchant Bar
  • Selected other imported products

There is no increases on our Stainless range, Reinforcing, Wire and Roofing products.

Should you have any further questions relating to your pricing please don’t hesitate to contact your usual representative or Steel & Tube branch.

Once again thank you for you custom, we appreciate your ongoing support.
